Mount Trishul Peak Expedition
Trishul is the gathering of three impressive and truly pinnacles of western Kumaon, close to Bageshwar, Uttarakhand. The Trishul Expedition focuses on these towering peaks, with the main peak, Trishul I, being particularly notable for being the first top over 7,122 meters to have ever been climbed, back in 1907. Trishul II and Trishul III were first scaled in 1960 by a Yugoslav team from the Bidalgwar Glacier, climbing the prestigious heights of Trishul II from the southern edge and Trishul III from the northern edge.
