MLC took cognizance of the councilor's complaint, sent a letter to the Urban Development Minister demanding action by cancelling the tender.

Ajay Dwivedi, the present member of Nagar Palika Parishad, had sent a letter of complaint, highlighting in detail the corruption being done in the recently invited tenders by Nagar Palika Parishad Sandila, point by point, and had demanded cancellation of the complaint and tender.
