Tactical training of a basketball player
One of the important sections in the training of a basketball player is tactical training. Very often, a lot of time is devoted to complex team tactical schemes, although not all players have yet mastered the basics of individual tactics. It happens that a basketball player has not yet fully mastered the basic positions in defense, and he is already being taught "pressing", where individual execution of defensive techniques is of primary importance.
Teaching individual tactics of playing the game should begin with the first lesson, in which the technique of playing basketball is studied. The basketball player needs to be properly explained when, how, and which technical technique should be used, when and how to act in a given situation. This must always be done when each individual technique is studied. In order to successfully act in a given game situation, a basketball player must not only perform various technical techniques well, but he must also be able to choose the most appropriate technique in a given situation, as well as the method of its execution.
It is not enough to know how to act correctly in a given situation. You must be able to correctly apply your knowledge and implement it in the game. Therefore, individual tactics skills must be mastered and improved during individual training, constantly improving your game technique. For example, if three or more players participate in training, then you can improve the simplest group actions in attack (2x1, 2x2 attack) and in defense (back-up, switching).
